Valerie Lance

Valerie believes compassion and viewing the world through another's viewpoint can connect and strengthen relationships. She is passionate about being an advocate for those who struggle. Valerie has a Bachelor's Degree in Marriage and Family Studies, emphasizing Human Services and Child and Family Advocacy. She has spent much of her career educating youth and families in many capacities, including public education, private music studios, and volunteering. Valerie and her husband, Brandon, just celebrated 25 years together. They have three children of their own and are the guardians for Valerie's special needs brother, who has Down Syndrome.
